The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and completing daily financial and operational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including handling guest check-ins and check-outs

• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Handle guest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations

• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys

• Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the guest ledger and completing shift reports

• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

• Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a night auditor or in a customer service role is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility

• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the facility is in good working condition

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities

• Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role

• Skilled in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus

Position Summary:

The Hospitality Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting hotel guests and airline flight crew members to and from designated locations, including the airport and other local destinations. This role ensures timely service, excellent customer care, and a welcoming transportation experience that reflects the brand standards of the EVEN Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the hotel shuttle in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

• Provide transportation for hotel guests and flight crew members to/from the airport and other approved local destinations.

• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times.

• Greet passengers warmly, assist with luggage, and provide information about the local area as needed.

• Maintain accurate transportation logs and follow scheduled pick-up/drop-off times.

• Communicate effectively with the front desk and hotel staff regarding guest transport needs.

• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents immediately to management.

• Adhere to all local traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Previous experience in a hospitality, transportation, or customer service role preferred.

• Ability to lift luggage and assist guests as needed.

• Punctuality and reliability are mandatory – must consistently report to work on time.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires frequent driving, sitting for extended periods, and exposure to varying weather conditions.

• Must be able to operate a hotel shuttle (van or similar vehicle).

Job Overview:

Provides prompt and courteous food and beverage service to restaurant guests while maximizing sales and guest satisfaction. Ensure that all menu items are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide personal recognition in a prompt manner
  
• Ensure that all menu items are prepared and presented according to the established standards Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to the highest set standards 
• Attends to the detail and presentation of each order
• Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes
• Describes all menu items; methods of preparation and prices as needed. Works within the policy to accommodate guest special food requests
  
• Documents legibly the guest's order information on guest checks
• Serves menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to established service standards.
• Refills drinks in a timely manner
• Collect customer payments for completion of the transaction as outlined in cash and charge procedures; receives change and returns change promptly to the guest
• Clear tables and set up for the next guest
• Deliver EXCELLENT service to each and every guest.
• Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed
• Availability for mornings and weekends required 
• 1-2 years' experience as a bartender, cook, prep cook, and or line cook, preferred
